Studio designers used to be called stylists.
GM Design was called GM Styling and before that, GM Art and Color.
But I'm not that old.^^
GM Design's designers (Stylists) conceptualize the look of the vehicle and its parts.
Studio Engineering provides raw data that Design Sculptors, both digital and clay, model those designs around the Engineering data.
Lots of iterations.
Some consider Design to be stuck on themselves and they're right, but with good cause.
Every Bring Your Kids to Work Day the rest of the WTC tries to smuggle their kids in their to see the cool stuff.
I always skip that day.

CAD Designers don’t wear pointed shoes and/or skinny jeans.
CAD designers create 3D math models showing how parts will go together. Studio designers create the styling of said vehicles and send those surfaces to the CAD designers to create the engineered models.
Cad(Computer aided design) Designer design the parts to be made for the car.
Studio designers do the styling for the cars.
What do you consider a lower level designer? What is a high level designer?
What does CAD Design or Studio do? Sounds cool. It's a frank question, I am in Info Sec and don't know much about it.

No, Design, as far as designers, are done. Studio have had meeting announcements. Stop trying to induce fear. We've had enough for too long.
Tomorrow is lower level designers...that's what I've heard from a couple of sources.

Not that many, really. We are honestly short here in Studio... Also, I heard about two in BFG, cannot confirm though.
