I'm sure all those costs are bundled into each number.
For comparison purposes, Toyota's costs are way lower.
I don't think you understand the "cost of labor". You have to factor in cost of insurance to cover on the job accidents, health insurance provided to employees and their families, vacation/sick/holiday pay, benefits such as 401K match and a multitude of other company related expenses that the employee does not see in their paycheck.
At $48 an hour, I would say that Toyota is probably paying an average of $25 an hour.
