CS finding Verint QM (Quality Monitoring) components running on my workstation

I'm a Claim Specialist, and discovered WCapW32.exe is suddenly running actively on my workstation. My understanding is that the QM components of Verint are broadly active in para-professional call centers only. So does anyone know if this changed? I don't want to be paranoid that I'm being monitored above and beyond what is normal for any CS in my department, but this has given me a really bad feeling that I'm being screen captured and call monitored now for whatever reason when it's just not really normal.

Does anyone know if Claim Specialists are all being recorded and screen captured now without any notice?

Paranoia is defined as ultimate awareness.

Somebody once told me “It’s not paranoia if they REALLY ARE out to get you.”

WE ARE ALL BEING MONITORED AT WORK...in every way they can think of. Remember that and you will be fine, overwhelming paranoia is exactly how you should feel while at work. If you aren't feeling paranoid then something is off.

It matters scrotom breath because non technical managers (which I will bet you are one of them) are looking at big data and they have no idea what a data cube is let alone how to interpret the results. Most managers have a hard enough time doing even the LCD of their job let alone trying to do anything that they have to think about or remember what SH they did the day before.

why does it matter? do your job and you will have nothing to worry about

Yeah, they can pull you into a meeting and tell you when google chrome was open, when your mouse didn’t move, and when you weren’t touching your keyboard. Do yourself a favor and get out of that place. It’s not a healthy work environment when someone can monitor everything you do and criticize every little detail. It’ll drive you crazy. Also left in 2017 and don’t miss it one bit.

Not only is every click monitored, but if you ever use the free WiFi on your phone, read the agreement before you click yes. They also monitor everything you do on your phone using their WiFi. Luckily, Verizon had great service there and I only used it a few times.

When I worked at SF, I was told they were actively recording every click. I quit in 2017.
