If GM execs had their way, they would just employ scarecrows as security, factories with 100% automation, and a few H1B1's who think they were hired because "they're special" grabbing them coffee. Seems they really don't want to pay for engineering or IT human capital so.....they'll reap what they sow. I give them 10 years after going all-in with electrification before going belly-up. The niche crowd that wants electric vehicles are mostly the media and a few urbanites...other than that, people LOL at electric vehicles. No one (no one) thinks it's cool and hip to plug in their car for hours as they wait for it to charge.
