Do you think that they are going to announce the reorganization immediately after the two weeks scheduled for layoffs, and what will be de essence of the reorg for the ones who get to stay? Are teams going to change, departments? Is it possible that additional people could be cut after the two-week deadline, due to the shifts?

Just noticed a retained EGM changing roles already.
Like they have always done in the past. as soon as all the cuts are done they bring back the contract workers.
I don't know the timing for sure but it will probably happen shortly after all the layoffs are done.
nobody knows for sure how the new groups are structured....... but I can tell you for sure that there are a lot less people to do the same or more work----they may do more hiring soon though
