Our shipments have halved in the past month. I can't figure out why or what's happening - and my manager is tight lipped. I keep thinking we might be headed for a closing, but there have been no other indications nor any announcements from Lowe's about even more closings (unless I missed it.)
Have any of the other stores had periods like this?

Attention all shoppers the store is closing
stopped at a lowes near my house at noon and literally i was the only customer that i saw.
Periods of low shipments? Yes, over the years, it happened.
Should you worry - THESE days? Absolutely! Better than worry though, as others say, be proactive in your career choice.
Don’t worry...
Pray there’s not another Lowe’s within 10 miles. Take the severance and run. Don’t ever look back at this sh=thole company again. Be thankful the economy is going well and get a different job. Years from now you’ll wonder why you didn’t leave sooner!
