I'm a customer in upstate New York. The techs out here desperately need more people and the area is falling apart. These guys work real hard but it seems like nobody listens to them. Mandatory overtime when its -25 degrees out and 3 feet of snow. They did a fiber optic install at my house when it was freezing and it still didn't work properly. Is this company going down the tubes?

WV is a mirror image, not nearly enough techs in most areas after all the ISP's of 2017. And to think the Union had to strike to prevent even more layoffs! Service here is rediculous, along with the appointments being 10-14 days out for a call. Mandatory OT and clocks being pushed out is the only way to keep a skeleton crew from falling behind. Sadly, it doesnt look like change is in the forecast, except for when a new company takes over i guess.....
Same issue in other parts of the country...but there are areas with a surplus of techs.
Absolutley going down the tubes...
