Actually they want to prevent people from going on disability if they experience car accident while commuting to work. They anticipate some people will do so. Absolutely Layoff will be shifted another day.

My director is suppose to be at our bldg tomorrow. I'm going in when it's safe. I guess if I'm on the list they'll have to wait! :D

Remember, like they said after s#!t canning the contracts: "People before numbers." In this case I think it applies to safety, before number of people fired... Drive safe.

My whole group was given permission to work from home tomorrow and I doubt HR could cause people to drive into the office with GM’s “value on safety”
