Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

Chin up

I was let go yesterday after 22 years with GM, it was a difficult day but my family rallied around me and it was great to see how much support I got. I feel much better today and I am ready to move on, it’ll be hard as I am almost 60. I hope all of you manage this storm well and keep your chin up. Good luck.

Obviously, you did not take the VSP. Did it occur to you, those were the first individuals who would be let go? Higher salary....
