Was laid off in Chandler, AZ this morning. Luckily I was prepared and have been job hunting since Thanksgiving. Hopefully I will have something locked in a week or 2. Good luck to all my friends and keep your heads up. It was great working with you.

Not quite sure I understand the reply since Team GM and the bonus are the same thing. Maybe it is referring to adjusting the payout percentage, which I know for people taking the buyout last fall was set at 100%.
Is bonus different from TeamGM? So everyone gets bonus? That is salary times a % based on level?
You are going to get your bonus payout regardless of whether you get laid off or not. What changes is the extra TeamGM award, which will only apply to those who are still employed & get past their CAP reviews etc.
Good luck. Quick question, you did get to get your 2018 Team GM payment, right? I had been counting on that in case I was laid off.
