TL here. Stls will protect tms if they are hard working AND get along with them. Even when tms lawyers tells them not to do it, stl still do it. If they late it has to be like 20 times in a month instead the 3 times in a month for these special ones. Stl dont care as long as you help and protect them they will protect you. There are sh--s everywhere, but it's not hard to find some serious opportunities in WFM. In my experience with senior leadership I have found Bobby Turner and Thea Ermalovick in the South to be two of the most dishonest there are anywhere. Someone needs to take care of them. Marc too - good guy but has laid down in the face of all the c-ap those other two are doing. No leadership courage at all.
