Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

I was let go in the 2009 GM downsizing, then took a job with the Navy Department in DC. Four years later, in 2013, a guy with an anger issue came to work with a shotgun, walked through the building killing 12 people. A good friend was badly wounded. Talk about a bad day at work. Still glad I came down here. All of you are in my thoughts today, with assurances that virtually all of you will end up more prosperous and happy moving forward.
