Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

RenCen, WTC, Pontiac

Doesn't it seem some sort of physical consolidation is next? So fewer people, so much office capacity. Especially since GM considers China its future center for vehicle electrification (see slide 28).

The company has announced that it is moving 3000 employees from Pontiac to Warren. I believe Mark Reuss was the one who announced it during his all people meeting late last year. My group has been told we are moving from Pontiac to Warren.
