Internal rumor is more cuts are coming next month. Some areas did not get any cuts yet but with the new org chart expect that some cuts will happen; especially in Operations.

What layoffs in March or April? Sorry, this is just not factual! Any news article to cite? Numbers? Departments?
The layoffs continue and begin again in March 2019 after promises after January 2019 that everyone was "safe" for the remainder of the year.
It doesn't take an engineer to figure out when you dissolve the SBU concept, you will combine operations. No need for separate teams doing the same thing just on different platforms. Economies of scale will always win that argument. Hope those people can read the writing on the walls and plan ahead appropriately.
