Your separation date is not the day you are told you are getting the foot, for example the VSP folks were given a date of Feb 28th (which qualifies them for TeamGM). I would not anticipate ISP to be much different other than I would anticipate the separation date being more like end of March.
TeamGM will be in March pay. If you are separated before March 1st you will not receive it.
TeamGM will be part of Feb. pay. Benefits continue throughout the severance package.
The previous ISP prorated by months of service, but the new one just counts full years of service.
We are paid a monthly salary; a layoff on Feb. 4 is paid through Feb, after which the severance package begins.
