We're sharing in the pain up here in Canada. People are on edge at our Engineering Centers (Oshawa and Markham) especially those of us who are along in years but I'm ready for whatever comes on Monday. The severance package should be decent if nothing else. The VSP's got 1 month pay per year of service up to 18 months so I'm thinking the ISP's will get the same. Not a bad way to start a career change.
