How do Vision center managers fall under this? I have to guess we are not eligible since we do not have to put a schedule in the system. Yet, we are hourly managers.

Unless it changes at a later date. Vcms are not elible for myshare. The vcm role is on a MIP plan just like division 1 managers - where you have to meet certain financial objectives (sales plan, profit plan, etc).
I was told you are going into the scheduling system.
