Questions for Tony to Answer at Town Meeting

Lets start a list of questions for TT to answer on the Thursday's Town Meeting call

1 - Will employees receive any adjustments to pay this year or will their compensation continue to lose value?

2 - Was reducing Windstream's Capital market value from 4 Billion dollars to less than 200 million dollars part of the Tony Thomas plan?

3 - If Windstream loses the Aurelius lawsuit who will be responsible?

4 - What must occur so that ALL employees can start receiving financial reward from Windstream as opposed to just the leadership?

5 - What can you provide to motivate employees to give a c-ap or will you simply state that WIndstream is not a prison?

6 - Do you feel any guilt, remorse or sense of failure for your dismal performance that has harmed employees and investors while only leadership has prospered from the past few years?

7 - While you claim that 'promotions are the only way to receive compensation increases' what justified your recent increases considering you are in the same job title and your performance has been less than stellar?

I will be listening for satisfactory answers so I can adjust my job efforts to match, or seek parole to a new company.

"Looks like it is time for TT and HV Bob to answer question 3. How much more damage can you do? Unfortunately not much"

They scheduled the Town Hall Meeting at this date, already knowing when the ruling was to be released so there wouldn't be a mob asking TT to resign if the Town Hall was held after the results were released.

Any future 'Town Hall' meetings will probably be from the AI version of Tony Thomas - like Max Headroom.

"Nobody will ask these questions, because all of you are chicken sh--. Employees will smile and kiss his a--. I have been wrote up twice for posting the truth on stream and was told I would be fired if I get another write up. I promise not one of these questions will be asked."

You too! Ha.... haven't had my job threatened yet, but have been advised multiple times not to post on Stream. Managers and their directors get an automated email from Stream, saying that you posted, where you posted, and what you posted. I've even had some of my responses removed by the "admins". And this whole time I thought Stream was a tool for collaborating and bringing different ideas to the table......................

Most of us need more than $5 per share. I’ve never seen good things happen after a reverse split.

""Questions for Tony to Answer at Town Meeting"

The executive leadership lives in fantasy-land, so might as well ask things that you know will never be answered.

9 - When will he resign? New leadership is sorely needed - all the executives need to go - actually just outsource them all to India. If India can 'successfully' run the former WIN groups, then running the company itself will be no problem - they will do it better - and far cheaper.

8 - Ask him why he receives such a huge salary, while other CEO's of similar sized companies receive much less. Also bring up the request that all executives should have their pay based on company performance - if the company loses money - they get they salary reduced. And while you are at it, ask him to refrain from using the company jet and fly coach like everyone else - to save money of course.

Number 4 won't be an issue as most every department will have been outsourced.

For number 5 - he will state that the newly outsourced groups in India are very happy working the mess WIN made, and they are making it worse, but they are happy doing it. And yes - it isn't a prison.

"I will be listening for satisfactory answers so I can adjust my job efforts to match, or seek parole to a new company."

If you are on here, you know there won't be any satisfactory answers. Hope you have updated your resume and already posted it on the various job boards.

The decisions since 2015 are laughable. It was hard to sit and listen to the sos come out peoples mouth. When the dream team came in (I’m taking all the promotions post Brent Whittington and Jeff Gardner I personally knew it was over.

The talking heads were put into place and everyone could see through the bs. We lost 3 years allowing the Paetec Pukes come in and tell us they could do it better. Finally Jeff H gets hired and says we are going to sell deep and wide (lol try something new) second DW came in and decided to start rate increases after his failed plan of selling at higher margins was a miserable loss and completely avoidable disaster. ( how much revenue did you lose from higher margins and rate increases)

These geniuses were in charge for 3 years before Win decided to officially stick its head in the guillotine and Earthworm. (That’s right we all immidiatley googled to see if they were still in Business. The Elink CEO laughed all the way to the bank.

After all the great moves, we put EarthLink sales management in charge just like we did with Paetec. You guessed it, complete disaster just like Paetec.

The funniest Thing I heard from an EarthLink person was they had never ran into Windstream because they were up market. Lmao

Most people wouldn’t believe Windstream decisions bc they’re not believable. Some of the strategies they’ve incorporated were outlined in my entry level marketing class As bad ideas.

Anyone who has done much research would know acquisitions outside a companies core business don’t work. Bless your heart if you believe the growth stock is coming.

Now to the final nail in the coffin, the value chain. If you don’t know what it is then I suggest you figure it out. Earnings aren’t in the future for Windstream because the chain doesn’t exist.
