I've been in this industry for over 20 years like many of you have, and have seen a huge corporate culture change. The game is no longer putting in quality and consistent work and receiving a steady paycheck in return. The game is now about hiring fewer and less costly employees who are less mobile and able to jump from job to job. GM wants management and H1B1's....no one else.
