How does posting what you make affect the impending reductions. I don't really see how this adds any value to the discussion. So, somebody makes more or less than someone else. That would depend on your position, skills, and perceived value added to the company.

People, posting, if your job title is broad it would be interesting if different responsibilities within same pay grade has a trend. Do DBA get paid more/less? QA? Etc.
