Several ASMS who have been with the company for years have updated their LinkedIn profiles in the last 2 weeks. Something is going down...
As for as a SM only make in the 70 thousand range that’s s joke! I was a dept mgr making almost 80k and can prove it. SM at BBB can do better unless he or she is just so easy to use, lol. Yes I got laid off but that’s ok, it really was a blessing after the smoke cleared. The company would be smart to get rid of the ops mgr, you guys understand. Oh well welcome March let’s go!
Remember, they have to get rid of tenure to save cash for more useless stock buy backs.
Some of the asm responses on payroll sound like a corporate person response.
Take out the virus, upper management.

All of you have these theories, unless you have solid proof it's just hear say garbage.
If anything, HR could keep their salaries and be transitioned into the stores. A-volume and above could absorb the hours and they could be utilized as SMs.
As far as ASMs making six figures, that’s not happening. I was asked to step down to a lower paying ASM position because I was a SM making 73k. When I refused to step down, I was placed on a PIP at the next review cycle. The Company has already purged itself of what it sees as wasted payroll.
Agreed there is no way any ASM is making 6 figs. I'd bet most SMs dont make that. Also agreed tho the ASM posn could go. Sups do same things. Guess we'll see...March is around corner. Btw what's happening to HR? All of a sudden it's gone corporate central.????

This isn’t surprising since the profiles keep getting reduced.
I fully support managing out the highly paid assistants who aren’t producing - we could save a ton of money. No reason to keep assistants making 6 figures who aren’t “paying the rent”

You can’t believe anything you are told by BBB mgmt. Layoffs are coming and no one is safe. They use you and throw you out with the trash. They don’t move forward, the good old buddy routine is still working. There is a great life after lay-off, I’m living and lovin it!!
