I also was on a company conference call on January 25th being told February 13th last day of work. I have worked for Acosta Sales and marketing on a DRT Team for 8 a and a half years. Was full time then moved to Arizona and went part time. Asked if any severance pay and was told no. The call before mine was all full time employees and their getting 2 weeks severance pay. My call was all part time employees.
That is not right or fair. Full time employees are better than part time. To me that's dicrimination.
