Marvin’s Big List of Accomplishments

Over the past 6 months Marvin has been very busy at Lowe’s. Let’s review his accomplishments. Please feel free to add any I’ve missed. We all want Marvin to get full credit for his lea-DUH-sh--.

In no particular order

Closed orchard supply (99 stores and 1 distribution center)
Initiated plans to exit Mexico
Initiated plans to exit Canada
Closed down 51 underperforming stores
Shut down the PSI program
Eliminated LP in many stores
Eliminated HR in all stores
Cut staffing so badly that stores are barely able to function
Outsourced distrubuon center employees in Charleston, SC

I broke most of my new year resolutions already.

Except for the important one: quitting Lowes

Ended rotations for full time employees and no longer are part timers guaranteed a minimum of 10 hours.

Added pro loader position that almost all stores ignored.

Changed markets back to districts

Added new layer of store management but no one for them to supervise.

Decreased morale

Denigrated Christianity by his actions

Bought a new $3.8 million home that .00001% of Lowes employees could afford.

Told the stock market he could turn the company around, which would mean we will soon be going down in stock price.

Made promises but didn’t keep them

Fired executives that disagreed with him.

Hired executives that agree.

ITS LIKE THROWING CARGO OVER BOARD TO SAVE A SINKING SHIP.

I HAVE BEEN THERE 8 YEARS "WT?"

I HAVE YET TO SEE ONE ORIGINAL GREAT FUNCTIONAL IDEA.

HIRE A PRODUCER...NOT AN IMITATOR

+++BY THE WAY AS AN EX HOME DEPOT MANAGER.....THEY MAKE TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES
