Good discussion. Also, the subsequent segment with Bob Nardelli. GE the Conglomerate would have been fine, had it been thoughtfully managed for growth. Instead, it was managed for methodical and deliberate destruction of value. Greed and ego drove this, but there may have been other deeply- rooted reasons. Going forward, the culture and senior leadership programs must change. If not, GE will perish. LC has a herculean task in front of him.
