What do you guys think TeamGM payout will be this year?

Financially we did well, but also we are trying to cut cost...anyone know?

They will pay you your chump change bonus so you will shut up and leave.

Managers and executives are on a different bonus plan from the rank and file.

They can work it so managers meet their goals and get their bonus, but regular people don't.

Team GM Payouts are not based of LAYOFFS. "Because of layoffs, we aren't getting bonuses?" SMH. Greed goes all the way to the top, do you think the execs want low bonuses either? They are based off 2 metrics. And guess what we were fine in meeting those metrics. I suspect 80%+

My personal opinion is that if the company is in a situation where free cash flow is so impaired you need to shed 6000 salaried workers then there should be 0 Team GM and 0 raises across the board. I also feel all company vehicles for Level 8's and above should be gone too.

TeamGM payout will be whatever the math dictates it should be. Company has been on track all year and targets are set in stone early on. Almost certainly 90-110.

The company is under no obligation to give out bonuses under a corporate wide restructuring you'll be lucky if you have a job .You loose , you get nothing , good sir.

Why does everyone think we did well? We meet adjusted targets. We lost a BILLION DOLLARS IN THE TRADE WAR

I'm thinking it'll be 80-90%. Leadership will point towards the layoff and say be happy with what you got and that GM needs to protect their finances. I also heard that raises are HR restricted this year and will be a small and insignificant amount, maybe 1-2%.

Considering inflation in 2017 was 2.1% and inflation for 2018 was 1.9%, you'll salary will most likely have less buying power than it did in previous years.

Company can’t lay-off thousands of employees 2-3 weeks before Bonus payout and not give them bonus

I am sure Detroit area lawyers are ready for this and the bad publicity in news will not be worth saving few million dollars.

My 2 cents.....

Well at the end of q3 we were 'yellow'. So, I would guess in the 90% range.

The official last day on your paperwork may not necessarily be the day you're walked out. You may still get your bonus.
