But I will get another raise, and you employees should be happy you have a job at a wonderful place like WIN. And no raises again for 2019 for the regular employees as we continue to struggle with making a profit."
He will probably give his this is not a Prison speech. He is An inspiration to the troops.

I can see TT telling everybody that things are great and the company is thriving. Regardless of the fact that many people lost their jobs recently.
My wager is continued propaganda about how great things are, how we're still a growth company, and how we continue to right size our staffing model based on new efficiencies.
