I worked for a so called technical expert and the person was expert at having others in my group doing the work. The individual was an expert at surfing the intrernet , I was told by my manager they made a wrong choice and felt disappointed by the selection to make the person the technical expert , yet nothing was done and the person still has the same job! I have seen many qualified people passed over in favor of big talkers that couldn't beat there way out of a paper bag. GM does need to reduce redundant activity and all of us at the company have always known that. Management can be to passive and week at times , lots of people in charge but nobody does anything.
