Anyone know which offices, if any, are being closed? I’ve read IT will be heavily impacted. Anyone know about other functions... sales, marketing, finance, warehouse, etc?

Why are the people that are being let go having to sign non disclosures. What is the big secret PepsiCo is keeping? How much do the c-level execs get in their severance packages?
Give 4 weeks notice and hope they perp walk you out and have to pay you an extra month.
Play by the same rules they do, they give you no notice, you do the same in return, fair's fair. Can you imagine how bad it's going to be for the people left behind after the lay-offs, the place is going to be another junk food sweatshop like Kraft Heinz.
I find myself contemplating why provide a notice if accepting another position outside of PepsiCo. Many will not have any forewarning by PEP or any other Corp for that matter. I understand severance and packages but what about those who do not receive them or they are too minimal to offset a job loss.
