Anyone within the corporate bloat at home services been culled yet? I swear the regional and national managers and staffers must outnumber techs and field staff by now.

This is to the last poster, I need as shovel for your comment.
A&E is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHC. It has a one star rating by the BBB, a negative rating on consumer advocate, a negative rating by consumer reports, a one star rating on consumer affairs, a negative rating on DSLreports, a negative rating on pi**edconsumer, a negative review from the New York Times, a one star rating on Yelp, a negative rating on Mythreecents, a one star rating on Complaintsboard, numerous negative videos on YouTube and thousands of complaints on Sears own Facebook page and old customer service site.
It is a part of the BK proceedings and has already been bid on by Ace hardware and a few others. But when they saw what the true value of A&E is they pulled their bid. But it will be sold or dismantled whether Eddie gets it or not.
“Why would A&E be involved in Sears bankruptcy?”
Are you insane? Do you honestly not realize A&E is nothing more than a brand? You work for Sears... not A&E... therefore you’re involved in the bankruptcy. Home services / A&E is just another asset to be leveraged to pay creditors.
Why would A&E factory service be involved in Sears bankruptcy bs? We are not affected in any way with Sears bankruptcy. Hiring a lot more techs and last week we just did our 3 yr pay adjustments in our area for techs according to performance. Pretty happy to work and get paid well with A&E! A lot of people down talk us but don't have a clue how much your actually taken care of within service. Well that is if you have a good TM that will go to bat for you. Ours leads the nation because he lets us run the show.
