Effective February 2nd the amount of pto u earn will be significantly less, regardless of how many years you have been with the company. For example a 10 year associate right now works 8hours to earn one hour of pto. It changes to 10 hours to earn one hour. Keeps getting better

The real question is if they are reducing the max you can earn. If not, it's no big deal.
10 hours to earn an hour was already the rate for full-time in-store associates in the 6-9 year tenure band. The changes described here are for eCommerce people who used to get better PTO accrual than associates in stores, but are now getting the same rates for very similar tenure bands. Maybe they’re changing PTO for store associates too, but there’s been no sign of it yet.
It’s the entire company.
If you work in the e-commerce part of the company.
