Probably going to see the real lay offs after the 4th quarter earnings report. Might see the bean counters start looking to jettison the senior employees.

This is a drop in the bucket compared to the # of employees that need to go in ex-Alstom. EU wont let the company lay them off. And when it does go through, employees will get 2-3 years of severence pay. GE bought a shell of a company and now its dragging us down. The price of doing business in Europe.
