I quit....Started as a field engineer in 2008. I made it to a global job in the K pay band and quit in 2018. Now I work 40 hours a week, get treated well, and make more than 2X as much $. If you have options and work for halliburton you should leave. There is ZERO reason to stay at that place. In 5 years it will be weatherford. Terrible senior level mgmt. They have no clue how to keep up with SLB overseas or the small independent companies in the US. They spend all of their time trying to tell a story about how well they are doing, not making change and making money! Get out while you can folks the second rate VP's will run it into the ground. Trust me they cant find that same job at a different company- there is a reason for that.
Jim if you’re pay hasn’t changed in 1 year they are telling you something.

If your still at Hal for 10 years, your pay has not changed
Had ole Jeffery stumbling on this question he better come up with some better lines than the old we are laser focused on returning sharholder value through our superior value proposition. Not cutting it with this investor either.
