Does anyone know of capacity in Atlanta/Dunwoody and Dallas? Heard Dunwoody is at capacity.

You may have heard that Atlanta is outgrowing the spaces they currently hold leases with, which is true. There are seven buildings total, in addition to the Park Center buildings currently under construction (and currently being partially utilized as well). But the plan is to consolidate and relinquish (almost) all of those leases, so.... space isn't gonna be an issue in ATL for a long while once PC gets to full utilization.
Atlanta is about to add LOTS of capacity when the new buildings open 1/2020. The buildings will have about 5-7 thousand more capacity.
Not sure about Dallas but Atlanta has 2 more buildings being built so it is not at capacity as far as future plans go.
