It would be hard to watch the Winning With Integrity video given what's happening.
The dust never settles at communist motors. It's all for electric cars that no one wants , a smoke screen for Max profits for the communist government subsidized GM royalty in the Ren-cen. According to Marry Barra all of you American engineering and design teams are invalid ! We need to right size this corporation and make China grow , wake up people. Maybe all of you that remain at work should have a week long walk out , and I'm talking about the engineering and design teams , egms all of the salary folks. You have voices and strength in numbers show Barra for what she really is and that is a communist China loving filthy business woman , after all she has said your invalid and so is our manufacturing base along with our many suppliers that are now suffering. All of the education and training you paid for is now meaningless. Just ask Marry!
Maybe getting rid of CAP would increase FCF
I checked the CAP site a day or so ago and nothing even out there to start filling them out. Just like with the 2019 Corporate Required Training I'm not doing a damn thing until I see what happens with my job.
Why bother? CAP Goals are a joke. Just another checkbox for managers to mark.

I hope your CAP included updating your resume and submitting it to LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and CareerBuilder. That should have been in the boilerplate that was cascaded down to the serf level from the royalty above.
Our manager had us turn them in before the end of October. I'm pretty sure they're past due at this point.
