Two of our 20 something service managers were making fun of (imitating) two older 50 something associates in flooring who were struggling to reset a tile display.

It’s how they make themselves feel better about having peaked in their careers.
A new movie titled "Lowe's Mean Boy's". They probably have never lifted a box of tile. Very heavy, loaded with chemical dust. Not an easy task but very unprofessional to make fun of people regardless of age, race, gender, etc. It is these people with no prior management experience who are running down Lowe's with unethical and insensitive behavior. These behaviors aren't allowed in real jobs in corporate America and they should not be allowed in Lowe's either. Maybe if employees were treated with dignity like human beings instead of dogs then the customers would see happier and healthier employees. Customers notice the mistreatment and they tell us about it. This alienates customers also.
