I work there too in the craft that lost 8 apprentices, it's a fact.
Ya it’s yard team yard crew yardmasters foremens managers and mops in yard there giving back them suv nice pick ups they drive in yard and don’t do nothing but waste gas and eat and park giving back suv we’re going to save money that’s are the next cuts
Across the system...a ton of talent being sent to other employers. And a ton of talent in those employees that see the wrecklessness happening and making the decision to move on to greener pastures also. I wish someone could accurately monotize ($$) the damages being done by all this nonsense. Astonomical I know that.
Some great talent will be lost for sure.
