Its still a big deal for those people who hit the life lottery and otherwise would be flippin burgers and asking if you want fries with that. Plenty of those guys still "moving trains"
Being fired nowadays from this company isn’t as big of deal as it once was. The pay and benefits were once the best and now are becoming more in line with other employers. It seems just a few moths ago 20k was being offered for Train service and they were still having a difficult time finding people willing to work for this company.

What do you mean by lay down
I plan to do what they pay me to do, exactly by their rules until they tell me not to, or a better offer comes along and I can’t stand it anymore. Anything less is allowing them to change who I am. Screw those devils. It’s their game and their rules. Just beat them at their own game. They are looking for open disobedience so they can cut numbers.
You don't have to lay down on them dummy. Just follow their own lmis to the T that the company has provided for us. We will lose our butt time but who cares we are hired to do a job so just do the job they ask of us. If we all follow their lmis then they wouldn't get as much releases. Its our own faults. So go ahead lay down and what yourself get fired. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.
