AP Transformation (Phase 3)

Confidential Conference call took place yesterday from home office in the "AP War Room" MAPM and up only in attendance

Phase 3 of the AP Transformation goes into effect 2/1/2019
AP-ASM Title being converted to Profit Improvement Manager (PIM)
Expanded Roles will directly oversee the Front End
Grocery CVP, GM CVP will be the focus this year
Shrink Targets have been posted and they are not aggressive company is pushing profit from other aspects of the business shrink is on the back burner

Starting feb.1 we are supposed to get a 12 week schedule and only 4 occurrence’s. If u call in on a sat or sun they count as 2.thats messed up.people get sick things happen.plus we are

Super fake. The only thing that is true is the increased focus on CVP.

Im confused about all this apm talk. Didn't they change that title last year to Grocery Compliance Mgr ? They are over grocery and receiving . We do not have a asapm anymore.

More of the magical 2-1-19 date.

They don’t announce changes that day that effect people’s job code. Any changes that start that day in regards to job code would already be known. These rumor mongers are not even good at posting plausible rumors..

I was with everything you were saying til you tossed in that 2-1-19 b.s. That kind of garbage has been at the heart of everything wrong with this forum, someone is always giving a vague time frame that's comfortably in the future. And when the due date comes and goes with nothing changing, the posters are either M.I.A. or they're saying 'well, DEFINITELY by _, then'.

BullSh!t.

Even the people who post “no changes coming” have no idea. Because even the higher ups who know what’s coming will not say a word to us who are not in the know. They will say things like “you have nothing to worry about” and “you’re fine don’t believe the rumors” and even “there is no changes”. At the end of the day no one including me has any idea what’s coming and what’s not coming until 02/01/2019. When that day hits we will all finally know something. All the rumors could be true or all the “nothing will happen” comments will be true. Sadly the anxiety is killing me, I’m human.

No restructure is coming at this time.

APASM’s are not getting the Front End. No major roles or responsibilities changes this year.

I am an apasm. I definately see us taking over the front end. Last year they made us more involved with cash office.

Is this true about APASM covering front end? I have several friends flipping out over this! Whats the deal ?
