We do still have “ military teams”. However most managers or reps are civilian reps that were trained military at some point. There are not many of the true military reps left— those who have served. Managers and above may have maybe 1-5 that have served. They do have the self study and a test to certified you certified as a military but it is open book. So they are trying to stay within the guidelines of the DOD MOU . If that is what you are trying to know.
Military enrollment teams have been disbanded. Most of enrollment nationwide (whats left of us) has to take independent study classes while on the job to be "certified" to enroll military. In other words, many enrollment reps can and do enroll military. If you served in the military or were a military spouse you were most likely routed more military calls and military students than other reps. However there are teams of finance reps that do cater to mainly military but even those reps take civilian calls.
