I can confirm as multiple managers sent out the GCCX VP video saying due to things out of my hand it wont happen until February. Wether thats org dependent no idea, but out of his hands to me means aka legal is still working out the kinks in the severance contract or the list may have changed due to people leaving so it gets updated.
Screw it I have vacation planned for feb
I will be so angry if thats true. Keeping us hanging, worrying, and stressing is not fair. I’d rather quit then keep living like this.
GCCX VP sent out a video telling the whole team that the Layoffs is pushing to Feb. Not sure if its for them or just GCCX
2019 Benefits document is very clear that you won't get the bonus in the event that you are released before the payout date. Layoffs will almost surely be done by then.
Heard the layoffs already happened and you're all asleep, dreaming about this website and its comments, unable to get up from the shock
Bonus will happen for all involuntary if laid off this month or next. Check documentation provided to those offered voluntary. It was spelled out in the Q&A. There was no incentive to take voluntary unless you wanted to leave or retire. Most people just decided to ride it out.
If they go next month, then everyone will get Bonus
At WTC heard the same. Sounds like first week of Feb after they announce q4 earnings
Heard it will start next week and training has begun this week for those conducting layoffs
