They need to start surveying managers on how the regional team shows no respect for the individual. No names but fifty nine has the most disrespectful regional team ever -!!!!! They micromanage the sh-- out of you and there isn't a single one who deserves to keep a job for their uppity snotty a-- attitudes toward managers that have good stores and are constantly demeaned and mistreated by them. Getting a visit from any one of them makes me sick and want to vomit - so fake and pretentious it's disgusting!!!!!!!!! Morale among management s---s when it could be light years better. so question why be treated like sh-- when the economy is good --- not worth being made to feel like we are beneath them we are not gum on their shoes!!!

Two years there...would never go back. How they mistreated people was appalling. How they continued to get away with it is beyond comprehension.
Not all areas are the same we have a terrific upper manager that does a good job.

Region 17 Glen Spencer is the biggest hypocrite on the planet. The guy was on a D-day when he ran a dump in Pennsylvania, and now he just storms around the region firing everyone in his path. He manages by fear alone. What a scumbag!

Region 3 has to be the worst! He runs it like Hitler ran the SS. The most disrespectful and demeaning individual that has ever been in the Company. Walks around like he knows everything and does not listen or pay attention to anyone. No ones idea is better than his. He has already made up his mind about you before you ever speak to him. He ran a c-appy store in Dothan and had plenty of opportunities. He should have been fired a long time ago, when you look into his past and lawsuits. Senior leadership allows this type of management at Walmart.
It’s not just 59 it’s everywhere. 26 has a bunch of talking heads especially one of them who is younger than three of my kids. He belittles, lies, is unethical, mean spirited and has AES scores for three years that are dismal at best. If it was a SM they would have been fired.Yet nothing is done. Ethics ticket disappear or never investigated. I known of one personally that was scheduled and he got on the phone and wiped it out. The three basic beliefs with the core being Respect for the Individual is gone. So goes the hourly and low level managers so goes the company. I feel the three basic beliefs are now:
