Is this related to the c-appy evals given? Hmmm interesting, a person gets a needs improvement on eval but not 1 manager ever said anything about performance all year long. SURPRISE, here is your eval with a needs improvement on it. Way to slap a person in the face. Thanks alot. Feeling not valued. Always got exceeds , not this year and trust me NOTHING has changed.
