Need to get customer out of contract

I work for a Win competitor. The terms of the Win contract are insane. In short, the customer still has 16 months to pay out , but what makes it worse is the cx bill is actually $4k a month higher after LD and etc. I can save them $50k a year but need to get them out...any ideas?

On a side note, I too have been through realignment after RIF after downsizing. My thoughts are with you ladies and gentlemen as you navigate these difficult waters.

Have them contact a bankruptcy lawyer in the same court district as the bankruptcy (they can look this up online on the Martindale site).

This is a contract and there are ways to use bankruptcy to get out of a contract.

Contract is a contract just ask Aurelius. They really owe 5 billion.

What’s the customers name?

Customer outages is the easiest way to get out of a contract. Start hammering them with SLA credits and reporting every outage even its one of Their mystery outages and they say nothing happened however we all know it did I’ve never seen so many excuses and lies.

Their wasn’t an outage and the customer sends in a log that their ckt flared for 20 minutes

The first thing is to determine exactly what is covered by the contract or more than likely contracts. Then move everything not covered by contract. Maybe leave $500 in LD. As far as circuits you have to keep them.

If you disconnect before your contract is up you pay an ETF (Early Termination Fee). Most carriers do this , especially with a type 2 circuit. If you are leasing a circuit from the LEC you pay a wholesale price for that circuit. If the end user decides not to continue their service you still have to pay for that circuit

A contract is a contract. You sign - you pay. It is people like you that will ruin society.
