Marvin says God Bless Home Depot...he is giving them a gift with the changes he is doing to Lowes.
Our store manager sends out weekly emails telling us we have failed the customer if we don’t make our quota of leads, credit card apps, and 10’s on the receipt surveys. He is so ineffectual that we just ignore him.
I’m like whatever at this point; so tired of the management pets, lazies, and do nothings that never get corrected. If I let a call box time out because I can’t get to it I’m told I’m the reason the store won’t get SSEI.
To be honest, its the way Lowe's wants it - to do less, not care, and stop going "beyond."
My ASM yesterday scolded me and fellow employee yesterday because we are doing everything. Its time to sh-- down. No one cares.
