Remember that good employees quit because of:
Lack of appreciation and support
No opportunities to grow and learn.
Lack of integrity by their superiors.
Lack of trust and respect.
Challenges to the status quo met with negative consequences.
Micromanagement.
Haha 7th place huh? Exploration once again taking credit for other people’s discoveries? I think the point is to find it first, not go into datarooms and then say you discovered something only to blame management. Maybe if you were right once a decade management would believe what you had to say?

A cynical person might point out that if Exploration had been listened to we would have 7 of the IHS Top 10 largest recent discoveries.
