What will happen is that the mid level management who needs to be cut will keep their jobs, and who will suffer; we will. Managers will get rid of a quarter of their team and divide the work up amongst the rest just to save their job. They go back to their office to watch Netflix and YouTube videos, and then scream at the supervisor and wonder why the work is not being done in a timely manner. You knew how a way to save your job, and screw over hard workers in the process. In the end, all there will be is upper and middle management who will work at Windstream. Upper management (i.e. directors and Vice Presidents) have either turned the blind eye to this, have no idea what is going on, or simply do not care what is going on. They need to grow a pair and act like upper management. Middle management is running this company, and when upper management takes back control and gets rid of nonsense middle management positions such as staff managers and some team leads then just perhaps we could beat this bankruptcy thing, and people could enjoy going to work again.
