Get ready... here it comes 10-15%. Going after the frontline again....wonder when they get rid of all the people that are actually doing the work, the remaining Chiefs...( SEB and above) will realize they have no one to direct, prepare their presentations (so they can all look good), attend their endless meetings that keep everyone from serving our customers and then they have to start doing real work...good luck with that. Wake up Strazik...you’ve got to many Chiefs!

@4edx b---s---. There were no teams cut in half by layoff. There were a few jobs eliminated last week, that’s it. If your “team” was 2 people maybe you lost half.

If 10-15 percent are coming, will they offer a VRIF? Any idea on timing? 10-15 percent is too generous, this number should be 20-25 and include at least half of the EBs and Senior Directors. I have yet to see any meaningful change to the bloated DT organization in 2019. Lack of communication from DT leadership continues to erode any leftover trust. We keep hearing "we are working on the plan". Defection rates are astonishing and the brightest have already left.
