For anyone interested, I’ve recently heard they are planning more job openings in Queensland soon. Not sure exactly when, will update if and when I have more info.

BHGE Australia is a shambles. Very low quality commodity wellhead equipment. Turnkey junk direct from China.
Not sure how they managed run Vetco in the ground. Arguably the best wellhead vendor out there and now we just hawk whatever is cheapest. Hell we won't ven sell our own valves. The end is near for the old Wood Group mob as we are losing contracts.

Go to weatherford or schlumbger both pay 40% better than BHGE and also still have experienced guys working for them.
BHGE class experince as 4 years a uni and 2 years sitting at a desk then manager...
Place has become the laughing stock of the service companys
