Got that call a couple days ago also. I think it is connected with the severance package and you don't get the assistance unless you accept the package. I've already been working a month, though. Got my first paycheck already and still haven't gotten any severance pay from Lowe's.

Me too, they emailed me also because I couldn't talk at the time. Use the service because Lowe's is paying for it and get everything you can from it.
