Same at my store. Have associates that call in at least 2 days a week,almost every week. It's being abused and should be fixed

Some people abuse this policy. They take advantage of being able to call off using fmla just because they dont want to work. I have it never use it. So it's a b---s--- loophole for people. Sorry if the truth hurts.
